At Gianni Kavanagh, we prioritize efficiency and punctuality when delivering your orders. Please note that we currently do not ship to Russia, Ukraine or Brazil.

Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as holidays, weekends, time zone differences and each country’s specific customs regulations. If the recipient is absent at the delivery address, the order may experience additional delays.

Orders are processed quickly, depending on the selected shipping method and destination. However, estimated delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier activity during peak periods such as Sales, Black Friday and Christmas.

Holiday Returns: purchases made between November 1 and December 31, 2026, may be exchanged or returned until January 31, 2027, provided that the items are in new condition and show no signs of use.
